Really good and functional apartment located close to the Metro.

The apartment consists of:

Combined kitchen / dining room / living room with door out to a balcony. Combined toilet / bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room so if you don't want to have 2 people sleeping in the bedroom, one can sleep in the living room. Direct access to the balcony from the living room.

The apartment's facilities include:

WiFi, TV with international channels, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer.

The apartment is on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator.

As a security measure credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover a warranty of EUR 1000.

It may be possible to agree on a special price and conditions for longer stays.
For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
