Hall, living room, combined kitchen / dining room, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with sofa bed, combined toilet / bathroom with shower.

On one end of the building there is a terrace and on the other side of the building there is a garden

The apartment is on the ground floor with a few steps up to the apartment.

Bedroom 1: double bed 180 x 200 cm
Bedroom 2: sofa bed 140 x 200 cm

As a security measure credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover a warranty of EUR 1000.

It may be possible to agree on a special price and conditions for longer stays.
For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
