The perfect place for a family that would like to have a large and lovely apartment (140 m2) with a fantastic terrace facing south to spread out in (40 m2).

Sleeps 6 persons, 2 of them in a loft in the living room.

Outside of the summer a family with a small allergy-friendly dog live in the apartment.

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the entire city.

The apartment consists of:

Large combined living room, stairs in the living room lead up to a loft with 2 single beds, bedroom with double bed and bedroom with sofa bed for 2 persons.

Large kitchen with dining table for 6 persons. from the dining room you have exit to the large terrace.

Combined toilet / bathroom with shower / bathtub.

The apartment's facilities include:

WiFi, TV without channels but capable of streaming, washing machine, dishwasher and clothes dryer.

The apartment is on the 1st floor in a building without an elevator.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

As a security measure credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover a warranty of EUR 1000.

It may be possible to agree on a special price and conditions for longer stays.
For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
